The pools get serviced on time. The invoices don't get paid on time.

Roundkit invoices your customers automatically every month, chases the ones who are late, and keeps the whole round in one place. Built in Cyprus, in Greek and English, for companies running three to ten technicians.

Not launched yet. The first companies get it free while it is being built.

I called thirty pool maintenance companies across Cyprus and had about ten real conversations. The same thing came up: the work gets done, and the money arrives late.

Not a survey and not a report — just phone calls to owners running the same business you run. That is the problem Roundkit is being built around first. Everything else comes after it.

What Roundkit will do

Invoices that go out by themselves
Every customer gets their monthly invoice on the same day, with Cyprus VAT on it, without you building anything in Excel. You stop losing days at the end of the month.
Payments that chase themselves
Customers who agree to it get charged automatically on a stored card. Everyone else gets a polite reminder when they are late, then another one, without you having to be the person who asks.
One screen showing who owes what
Open it in the morning and see how much is outstanding and how overdue each customer is. No more finding out in December that someone stopped paying in August.
The round, and what went into it
Technicians see their stops in order and tap a job when it is done. Chlorine, acid, filters and parts get logged at the pool and land on that customer's next invoice instead of being remembered later.
Greek and English
Your technicians use it in Greek. Your foreign villa owners get invoices and receipts in English. Same system, no separate setup.

I would rather build this with you than guess

The phone calls told me what the problem is. They did not tell me what the answer looks like on a Tuesday morning with four technicians out on the road. If you run a pool company in Cyprus, twenty minutes of your time shapes what gets built first, and you get it free while it is being built.

One price, and I am not hiding it

The plan is €79 a month for the whole thing. No per-technician pricing, no setup fee, no annual contract. The companies who help me build it pay nothing until it is finished, and keep €79 after that.

€79per month
  • Automatic monthly invoices with Cyprus VAT
  • Card-on-file charging and late reminders
  • Unlimited customers and pools
  • Up to 5 technicians
  • Chemical and parts tracking
  • Greek and English
  • I set it up and import your customer list

Questions you are probably asking

Can I use it today?

No. It is being built right now. Join the waitlist and you will hear from me before the first companies go live.

My customers will never give me their card.

Some will, some will not, and that is fine. The ones who do get charged automatically. The ones who do not get automatic reminders instead, which still beats you sending the third WhatsApp message.

My technicians are not good with phones.

Their screen is a list of stops and a button that says done. It is in Greek. If a technician cannot use it in ten minutes, I have built it wrong and I want to know.

What about the international tools?

Jobber, Housecall Pro and Skimmer are good, and they are built for American companies: English only, no Cyprus VAT, priced per user in dollars, and support in a timezone that is asleep while you are working.

Who is behind this?

One person in Cyprus, building it in the open. You can call me and get me, not a support ticket. It also means I am picky about the first few companies I work with.

Free while it is being built, then €79 a month for good.
